Preparation steps:

1. Boil 200g of noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water; set aside.
2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and saute until fragrant.
