Preparation steps:

1. In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat 1 liter of whole milk. Bring to a boil, then simmer, stirring often until it reduces by half.
2. Add 200 grams of crumbled paneer to the thickened milk.
3. Stir in 150 grams of sugar, cooking until it reaches a grainy consistency.
4. Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder, mixing well.
5. Pour the mixture into a greased tray, spreading evenly.
6. Garnish with chopped pistachios and almonds.
7. Let it cool, then refrigerate for a few hours.
8. Cut into squares and serve.
